5. Payments and Refunds

Fees

All fees for services will be outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing agreements.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are typically not provided once work has commenced. Any refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in your service agreement.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
